Each contract is personally overseen by a JPM director to whom all managers and supervisors report.

Close attention is also paid to security and all staff are easily identifiable by the JPM uniform that they wear and photo ID cards which they carry.

We also carry out DBS vetting and three reference checks on all our staff.

All JPM staff receive thorough and regular training in the importance of safe working practices and are kept up to date with any relevant government legislation, such as HSA, and its possible effects on their daily routine.

JPM’s health and safety processes are checked annually and inspected as part of the safe contractor scheme.

Because JPM realises that every contract is unique, a client’s demands are assessed and a cleaning specification drawn up to meet them.

Firstly, clients receive a visit from a JPM manager who will carry out a comprehensive premises survey and then produce a detailed specification showing precisely what duties will be carried out on a monthly, weekly and daily basis.

This is then used to produce a comprehensive cost quotation itemising everything from the number of staff to be employed on your contract and the price of materials and other sundry expenses.
